Enjoy meditation, sound healing, yoga, nature, connection, singing, ceremony, bonfire, dancing and more!

timing: The retreat will run from Friday March 13 evening at 7pm until Sunday March 15 at 8pm with so much included! (You are welcome to check into the retreat space earlier Friday as well)

location: Galilee retreat center is on the water with a lovely beach, old growth forest walking trails, labyrinth, gardens and bonfire pit. It is in Arnprior, close to Ottawa. There are private sleeping rooms and shared rooms available. You can also choose to sleep at home and drive to the retreat each day.

food: We will share breakfast, lunch and supper on Saturday and Sunday. Meals are prepared and served by Galilee, and all dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

program: will include meditation and yoga practices, tools for personal transformation and connection, sound healing, song, dance and so much joy – all held in a loving container of sacred ceremony. All programming will be optional, so you can honour yourself fully and experience the beautiful surroundings in the way that suits you best.

cost: there are options available to enjoy this full weekend experience and all options include the 6 meals provided by the retreat center. Private room $706.50, shared double-occupancy room $636.08 per person. You can also sleep-at-home (meals still included) for $486.00.

Running this sound healing training program gives me so much JOY! My goal is to help you uncover your highest version of yourself and manifest your unique way of bringing sound forward for healing and transformation. I want to see you SHINE

The training program is held in my home for a small group (max of 6 students). SO much information, hands-on practice and energetic healing to be had!

We meet one full day (9am-5pm) 4 times over 4 months, with lots of home practice in between.

The winter session is now sold out. Dates for the summer 2026 session will be:

Sunday Mar 8 – Sound and Stone Journey to welcome Spring

Combining the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, ocean drums, and many more instruments, with hot stone therapy while settling into restorative shapes.

This deeply therapeutic and relaxing experience, combined with a restorative practice, and multi-sensory experience with the vibration of the instruments, will invite participants to melt away tension in the body, creating the most blissful experience for the mind, body & spirit.

The gong is a multi-tonal and powerful instrument that can help you shift and transform in amazing ways! Take this opportunity for a full reset – to let go of whatever no longer serves you and step into the fullness of your being!

Join Rebecca with her collection of gongs for this visceral sound experience.

Drop into a deep meditative state and allow the energy of sound to wash over you and through you as you release what no longer serves.

Rebecca will open and close with other sweet sounds leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Ceremony will focus on dynamic balance. Rebecca will provide sound experience as part of the ceremony.

time: 7:30-9:00

Come join us for an evening of singing songs of praise and love! Afterwards you can enjoy the company of beautiful, kindred souls.

There is no need to be a “good” singer. This is about the collective energy of group singing from our hearts.

Song sheets will be provided. Bring something to sit on if you wish to sit on the floor. There will be chairs and spots on couches available.

You are also welcome to bring hand drums or other percussive instruments to play along with us.

Rebecca White Raven (voice, drums and other instruments) and Justine-Anjali (voice and harmonium) will be guiding you through this practice called kirtan, a practice of the heart.

There will also be other musicians that we invite to join us.

Our practice will be repeating mantras – repeated words of love, light and praise. By doing this, we have a way of meditating by concentrating on music, sound, and vibrations. This shall be a practice of the heart; all you need is receptiveness, a smile, and your beautiful presence.
