sound healing training program

Running this sound healing training program gives me so much JOY! My goal is to help you uncover your highest version of yourself and manifest your unique way of bringing sound forward for healing and transformation. I want to see you SHINE 

The training program is held in my home for a small group (max of 6 students). SO much information, hands-on practice and energetic healing to be had!

We meet one full day (9am-5pm) 4 times over 4 months, with lots of home practice in between.

Dates for the summer 2026 session will be:

Friday Mar 20 – Great Gong Reset in Westboro

7:15 – 8:45 pm at Churchill Senior Centre

We are doing this again!

The gong is a multi-tonal and powerful instrument that can help you shift and transform in amazing ways! Take this opportunity for a full reset – to let go of whatever no longer serves you and step into the fullness of your being!

Join Rebecca with her collection of gongs for this visceral sound experience.

Drop into a deep meditative state and allow the energy of sound to wash over you and through you as you release what no longer serves.

Rebecca will open and close with other sweet sounds leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

7:15 pm – 8:45 pm, please arrive at 7:00 so we can get settled into the space

Location – Churchill Senior’s Center, 345 Richmond Rd

  • time: ceremony starts at 12 noon, potluck gathering follows
  • cost: $20 donation, plus food for potluck

Ceremony will focus on dynamic balance. Rebecca will provide sound experience as part of the ceremony.

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice using specific tones, frequencies and vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, frame drums, French chimes, shakers and rattles, cedar flute, tuning forks, tingshaws, steel tongue drum, gongs, and more.

Thursday Feb 26 – Community Kirtan (other dates planned:  Mar 26, Apr 23, May 28)

time: 7:30-9:00

Come join us for an evening of singing songs of praise and love! Afterwards you can enjoy the company of beautiful, kindred souls.

There is no need to be a “good” singer. This is about the collective energy of group singing from our hearts.

Song sheets will be provided. Bring something to sit on if you wish to sit on the floor. There will be chairs and spots on couches available.

You are also welcome to bring hand drums or other percussive instruments to play along with us. ❤

Rebecca White Raven (voice, drums and other instruments) and Justine-Anjali (voice and harmonium) will be guiding you through this practice called kirtan, a practice of the heart.

There will also be other musicians that we invite to join us.


Our practice will be repeating mantras – repeated words of love, light and praise. By doing this, we have a way of meditating by concentrating on music, sound, and vibrations. This shall be a practice of the heart; all you need is receptiveness, a smile, and your beautiful presence.

Saturday Sept 26: Sound healing with Tuning Forks – a full one day training workshop

Join Rebecca White Raven and Kevin Guerette for a full day of sound healing! Learn about the energetic impacts of sound and how to use this intentionally for shifting and transformation. Tuning forks are especially powerful for targeting specific shifts needed in physical and energy bodies. Lots of hands on practice! A certificate will be granted at the end of the training day too. Every Wednesday evening – Flow with Sound Yoga at Mountaingoat Yoga Studio

Join Rebecca’s rejuvenating yoga class that harmonizes movement with breath and sound.

In this Flow and Sound session, we seamlessly integrate traditional Hatha yoga postures with fluid transitions, creating a dynamic flow that nurtures both body and mind.

Throughout the class, we will explore the synergy of breath and movement, cultivating mindfulness and inner peace. Adding a unique dimension, soothing sound healing instruments are played to promote relaxation and deeper introspection during savasana.

Aug 7 – Aug 9 – Bhakti Bliss Yoga and Music Festival

This is an incredible experience! A full weekend of heart-opening bliss!

Rebecca is a key organizer of the festival and will facilitate opening and closing ceremonies, as well as teach a yoga class (with sound healing) and facilitate a super fun kirtan “Bhakti Bingo” game with Kevin!

Saturday Oct 17 – Raise your Vibration: a day-long wellness retreat

Enjoy a fabulous day of meditation, sound healing, yoga, nature, connection, singing, and ceremony!

timing: The retreat will run Saturday Oct 17 from 9:30 am until 8pm. You are welcome to book overnight stays the night before or the night after with Galilee retreat center as well.

location: Galilee retreat center is on the water with a lovely beach, old growth forest walking trails, labyrinth, gardens, tennis court and bonfire pit. It is in Arnprior, close to Ottawa. There are private sleeping rooms and shared rooms available for those who may want to extend their retreat experience.

food: Lunch and supper are provided. Meals are prepared by Galilee, buffet style, and all dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

program: will include meditation and yoga practices, tools for personal transformation and connection, sound healing and intentional connection to nature – all held in a loving container of sacred ceremony. All programming will be optional, so you can honour yourself fully and experience the beautiful surroundings in the way that suits you best.

cost: price for this full day experience is $365 (this includes meals), however you save $200 if you register before Aug 15, or save $100 if you register before Sept 15.
