Took some time out on a busy Saturday for some authentic self-care. With my yoga mat and blanket positioned right in front of a real wood crackling fire I embarked on an incredibly healing Sacred Sound Journey.   Rebecca White Raven guided the group at Misiwe Ni Relations Healing Lodge on a sound journey like no other. Using different instruments she created healing vibrations for whatever intent you were looking to focus on. I left feeling calm and connected.
It was a truly powerful experience that I recommend to all.

A wonderful evening of sound with Rebecca! The vibrations washed over me and through me in interesting ways, opening different doors of insight. I did an amazing sound therapy group session with Rebecca and I was so moved. Often I have a hard time clearing my monkey mind during meditation but the amazing sounds helped me focus so much. I am so thankful for meeting Rebecca and experiencing sound therapy with her.

Rebecca’s sound healing meditation took me somewhere I didn’t realize existed. It offered a peaceful respite from a hectic life. I was amazed by the soft, soothing sounds coming from the bowls. I found that Rebecca’s knowledge of music allowed her to channel mindfulness through the use of sound. Bowls, chimes and chanting made my tired mind rest easy and come back refreshed. I have had two sound healing sessions with Rebecca. She begins by talking to you a bit about where you are and your intention for the session. Both times were very different for me and very powerful. She is very intuitive and seems to know exactly what instruments and sounds to use to address where you are.

Rebecca White Raven creates and holds safe space for channeling and healing in this ceremony of sound. We journey through Crystal Singing Bowl baths of sound, visions, and frequencies. I have experienced 3 sessions with Rebecca and I know I’ll be back for more sound healing and journeying with this sweet soul. Each experience has brought more refreshing and invigorating clarity to my mind, heart, and soul. Thank you Rebecca. I love you! I want EVERYONE to experience this!!!! 

I have had two sessions so far with Rebecca and will be going back for more. She has a natural highly intuitive flow that connected perfectly with what I needed. Not only was the session beautiful, blissful, and powerful as an experience, but I also noted some real world changes in me after the session. Delightful! So much gratitude. 

Rebecca White Raven has such a magical touch and beautiful connection with her crystal singing bowls and other musical instruments. I feel so safe in her presence! She is strong and grounded and can handle anything that comes her way so you don’t have to worry about releasing too much. I leave feeling replenished, energized and more connected to my purpose. It is such a beautiful filter cleanse. Each session is unique and she works intuitive wonders giving you exactly what you needed.

Rebecca put me at ease with her warm, kind, and thoughtful manner. We talked about my hopes and intentions for the session and she described the possibilities of what she would offer. I lay down comfortably and was surrounded by vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, ting shaws, drums, chimes, and Rebecca’s voice. Afterwards, we reflected on the experience and I really appreciated the opportunity to put words to some of the insights that had come up for me.
