Running this sound healing training program gives me so much JOY! My goal is to help you uncover your highest version of yourself and manifest your unique way of bringing sound forward for healing and transformation. I want to see you SHINE
The training program is held in my home for a small group (max of 6 students). SO much information, hands-on practice and energetic healing to be had!
We meet one full day (9am-5pm) 4 times over 4 months, with lots of home practice in between.
Dates for the summer 2026 session will be:

Friday May 1 – Songs from our Souls
7pm start time (should be over by 8:30, 9 pm latest)
This will be a very special night of chanting.
Why? Because we will co-create the mantras we chant together!
This is an opportunity for inner reflection, to look at your belief systems and what needs to shift. We will share and explore and find the words that resonate as being what we desire to fully and truly believe.
And then, we take these words and put them to music. We sing them. We drum. We dance. We create and enjoy. And then in the stillness that follows, we listen. We allow the earworm to play these words back to us, re-programming our subconscious mind, opening our hearts, aligning us with our highest vibration.

Thursday May 28 – Community Kirtan
time: 7:30-9:00
Come join us for an evening of singing songs of praise and love! Afterwards you can enjoy the company of beautiful, kindred souls.
There is no need to be a “good” singer. This is about the collective energy of group singing from our hearts.
Song sheets will be provided. Bring something to sit on if you wish to sit on the floor. There will be chairs and spots on couches available.
You are also welcome to bring hand drums or other percussive instruments to play along with us.
Rebecca White Raven (voice, drums and other instruments) and Justine-Anjali (voice and harmonium) will be guiding you through this practice called kirtan, a practice of the heart.
There will also be other musicians that we invite to join us.
Our practice will be repeating mantras – repeated words of love, light and praise. By doing this, we have a way of meditating by concentrating on music, sound, and vibrations. This shall be a practice of the heart; all you need is receptiveness, a smile, and your beautiful presence.

Saturday June 27 – Rebecca & Kevin Concert Under the Stars
7pm at Gaia Organic Seed Farm – 399 River Rd. Ottawa
Rebecca White Raven and Kevin Guerette are so excited to be invited to perform as part of the “Under the Stars” Concert series at Gaia Organics Farm this summer!
This is a gorgeous outdoor concert setup, with pretty lights, warm beverages, and post-concert bonfire and community music jam to enjoy. There is full tarp covering in case of rain too!
Rebecca & Kevin will be preparing a fun variety of original and cover songs, complete with vocal harmonies, for your entertainment.
Tickets are not yet on sale, but will be very reasonably priced. Suggested to get tickets in advance as seating is limited. This event will be updated once Gaia is set up for the concert series ticket sales.
We are so excited for this magical evening of community, outdoor immersion, and musical performance!
Saturday Sept 26: Sound healing with Tuning Forks – a full one day training workshop
9:00 am – 5:00 pm (with one hour lunch break)
Held in west end of Ottawa, address provided upon registration.
Join Rebecca White Raven and Kevin Guerette for a full day of sound healing! Learn about the energetic impacts of sound and how to use this intentionally for shifting and transformation. Tuning forks are especially powerful for targeting specific shifts needed in physical and energy bodies. Lots of hands on practice! A certificate will be granted at the end of the training day too. Join us for a rejuvenating vinyasa flow yoga class that harmonizes movement with breath. We will connect with the earth, with the beauty of nature, opening our hearts and connecting body and breath – flowing, stretching, moving, balancing.
And then a special treat – a long integrating sound healing savasana to close. Rebecca will bring a variety of instruments to play. Guest sound healers may be invited to come as well who may also create a sound scape for us during yoga.
Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and connected within yourself.
Cost is by donation, $25 suggested. A basket will be left out for your offering.

Rebecca is a key organizer of the festival and will facilitate opening and closing ceremonies, as well as teach a yoga class (with sound healing) and facilitate a super fun kirtan “Bhakti Bingo” game with Kevin!

Saturday Oct 17 – Raise your Vibration: a day-long wellness retreat
Enjoy a fabulous day of meditation, sound healing, yoga, nature, connection, singing, and ceremony!
timing: The retreat will run Saturday Oct 17 from 9:30 am until 8pm. You are welcome to book overnight stays the night before or the night after with Galilee retreat center as well.
location: Galilee retreat center is on the water with a lovely beach, old growth forest walking trails, labyrinth, gardens, tennis court and bonfire pit. It is in Arnprior, close to Ottawa. There are private sleeping rooms and shared rooms available for those who may want to extend their retreat experience.
food: Lunch and supper are provided. Meals are prepared by Galilee, buffet style, and all dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
program: will include meditation and yoga practices, tools for personal transformation and connection, sound healing and intentional connection to nature – all held in a loving container of sacred ceremony. All programming will be optional, so you can honour yourself fully and experience the beautiful surroundings in the way that suits you best.
cost: price for this full day experience is $365 (this includes meals), however you save $200 if you register before Aug 15, or save $100 if you register before Sept 15.
