Running this sound healing training program gives me so much JOY! My goal is to help you uncover your highest version of yourself and manifest your unique way of bringing sound forward for healing and transformation. I want to see you SHINE
The training program is held in my home for a small group (max of 6 students). SO much information, hands-on practice and energetic healing to be had!
We meet one full day (9am-5pm) 4 times over 4 months, with lots of home practice in between.
Dates for the winter 2027 session will be:
- Jan 10
- Feb 7
- Mar 7
- Apr 4
- also a backup date of Apr 25 needs to be kept reserved in case I need to cancel a class for some reason (weather, illness, etc)
Cost is $850 and includes a discounted personal sound healing session with Rebecca.

Saturday Sept 26: Sound healing with Tuning Forks – a full one day training workshop

Join Rebecca White Raven and Kevin Guerette for a full day of sound healing! Learn about the energetic impacts of sound and how to use this intentionally for shifting and transformation. Tuning forks are especially powerful for targeting specific shifts needed in physical and energy bodies. Lots of hands on practice! A certificate will be granted at the end of the training day too. Wednesday Oct 14 – Embodying the 6 Heart Virtues (other dates Oct 21, 28, Nov 4, 11, 18)
This special 6 week series will be so fun and transformative, with a focus each day on one of the 6 heart virtues – Appreciation, Compassion, Forgiveness, Humility, Understanding, Valor
During each session we will:
- Center, breathe, and set intention – Each session will begin with 5-10 minutes of deep breathing and guided meditation to align with the heart virtue of the day.
- Move mindfully – Staying with the breath, we open and expand and move through various yoga poses finding our stability, balance and strength. Each cell holds and remembers the heart virtue we are working with,
- Integrate with vibrational healing – An extended sound healing savasana ends our yoga practice, with vibrations that will integrate the heart virtue into all aspects of your being.
- Reflect and share – Find the caring and support of community as we share how we have been impacted and how we feel inspired to adopt and embrace the heart virtues into our daily lives.
location: Churchill Seniors Centre, 345 Richmond Rd. Ottawa
timing: Wednesday evenings 7:30 – 9:30 pm, 6 sessions October 14 – November 18
cost: $30 per session, $120 for all 6 sessions

Saturday Oct 17 – Raise your Vibration: a day-long wellness retreat
Enjoy a fabulous day of meditation, sound healing, yoga, nature, connection, singing, and ceremony!
timing: The retreat will run Saturday Oct 17 from 9:30 am until 8pm. You are welcome to book overnight stays the night before or the night after with Galilee retreat center as well.
location: Galilee retreat center is on the water with a lovely beach, old growth forest walking trails, labyrinth, gardens, tennis court and bonfire pit. It is in Arnprior, close to Ottawa. There are private sleeping rooms and shared rooms available for those who may want to extend their retreat experience.
food: Lunch and supper are provided. Meals are prepared by Galilee, buffet style, and all dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
program: will include meditation and yoga practices, tools for personal transformation and connection, sound healing and intentional connection to nature – all held in a loving container of sacred ceremony. All programming will be optional, so you can honour yourself fully and experience the beautiful surroundings in the way that suits you best.
cost: price for this full day experience is $365 (this includes meals).
